By accessing and using the applications within the DBG Ecosystem, including DBG Tools, DBG Productivity, Expense Manager Pro, and other services operated by DevelopedByGolds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of all DBG applications and services.

2. Use of Services

Our tools are provided for professional and personal use. You agree not to use the services for any illegal purposes or to attempt to disrupt the integrity of our serverless infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and brand identities associated with "DevelopedByGolds" and the "DBG" prefix are the exclusive property of our studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The DBG Ecosystem applications are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

DevelopedByGolds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
